Hi, I’m Josie Burgess.

I believe every person has unique strengths and the ability to grow through life's challenges.

Who I Help

I am passionate about helping individuals and families through every stage of life. I enjoy working with individuals and families across all stages of life, including adults, couples, families, children, teens, and young adults.

What Brings People To Therapy

I help people navigate anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other personal struggles.

My Approach

I utilize a person-centered and emotionally focused approach to therapy. I believe that building a genuine, trusting relationship is an important part of the therapeutic process. Together, we will focus on understanding your experiences, identifying your strengths, and developing practical tools to help you move toward lasting change and emotional well-being.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I strive to create genuine, trusting relationships and provide a space where you can explore your challenges while feeling supported throughout the process.

My Hope For You

My goal is to help you develop practical tools, increase self-awareness, and build confidence as you work toward lasting change and emotional well-being.
